ALEF 360° provides two main report types to help you visualize and share operational data. Each type serves different reporting needs and can be combined within a single report.

Charts

Chart reports pull visual representations from various platform dashboards. These are ideal for:

  • Compliance Reporting — SLA adherence visualization
  • Trend Analysis — Performance over time

Work Order Tables

Work Order Table reports provide filtered, grouped views of work order data. These are ideal for:

  • Operational Reports — Detailed work order listings
  • Team Performance — Technician workload analysis
  • Status Tracking — Progress by category or status
  • Custom Analysis — Flexible grouping and sorting

Combining Report Types

A single report can include both Charts and Work Order Tables:

  1. Create a new report with basic settings
  2. Add Chart elements to one or more pages
  3. Add Work Order Table elements to additional pages
  4. Arrange and resize as needed
  5. Export as a comprehensive PDF
